Complete Nonprofit Outreach (CNPO)
At “After High School”, we believe students shouldn’t have to guess their way into a career. Our program gives high schoolers a clear path from classroom to career—before they invest in college or step into the workforce.
Through our completely free, donor-supported initiative, students receive access to professional tools and guidance that have already helped thousands across the country make confident, informed career decisions.
They give the student details about 1,000 jobs that are prevalent in our country. We connect directly to O Net from the last page of the Career Direct test results. These details include what the job is like, what background you need to get the job, how much they pay in your area, and the likelihood of getting a job in your area and much more.
Our structured program supports students, educators, and families with a complete career readiness toolkit:
One-on-one college and career planning
Access to the Career Direct® assessment (free of charge)
A detailed report revealing the student’s best-fit career path
Trained guidance counselors to walk students through results
Resources to help students apply for scholarships and understand financial aid
Tools to avoid debt in fields that don’t match a student’s strengths or interests
Guidance from experienced mentors and professionals
Networking events and webinars for career exposure
Custom curriculum support for career counseling departments
We’re not just offering a test—we’re offering a transformational journey. With our guidance, students transition from uncertain high schoolers into confident young adults with direction, purpose, and a real-world plan.
We absorb all program costs so schools can participate without budget barriers.
